Dr. Archana M Kinagi is currently working as a Professor and Chairperson of the Department of MBA (Exclusively for Women) in Sharnbavsa University Kalaburagi. She possesses 14 years of teaching experience and 1 year of corporate experience. She has passed Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) from University of Mysore. She was awarded with PhD, completed MBA in HR specialization and B.E in E & CE from VTU, Belagavi. She has published and presented several research articles in National & International journals and Conferences, and guided more than 60 MBA projects. She has taught various HR subjects for both Visvesvaraya Technological University and Sharnbasva University. She has published a book “Recruitment & Selection”, “Business Communication” and “Corporate Strategy” and is a reviewer for IJRISS journal. She has received four NPTEL STAR certificates from Jan-Dec 2025. She is also a professional member of SIRFE. 
She is appointed as Independent Assessor/Resource Person/Subject Expert from the year Nov-2025 till Nov 2030.
