The processing of orders will occur within two (2) business days from the date of order placement by the customer. The customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery times will vary depending on the origin of the published materials. Specifically, delivery for products sourced from Indian publishers will take approximately fourteen (14) days, whereas products sourced from foreign publishers are estimated to require twenty-eight (28) days for delivery. These time frames are estimates and may be subject to variation based on logistical factors and operational capabilities.

Shipping costs for the delivery of products will be calculated and presented to the customer during the checkout process. The customer acknowledges that shipping costs may vary based on the delivery location as well as the size, weight, and nature of the products ordered. The customer agrees to bear all applicable shipping costs as calculated at the time of checkout.

Digital Publication Services (DPS) expressly disclaims liability for any delays in delivery attributable to the actions or omissions of third-party carriers or to the processes of customs clearance. The customer recognizes that external factors such as, but not limited to, carrier disruptions, customs delays, and regulatory inspections, may impact delivery times and agrees that DPS shall not be held responsible for any such delays.

In the event that goods are received in a damaged condition, the customer must report such damage to DPS within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the goods, providing photographic evidence of the damage. Upon receipt and review of such evidence, DPS reserves the right to consider the eligibility of the goods for return or replacement. The determination of DPS in this regard shall be final and binding on the customer.

This policy, including but not limited to the terms regarding order processing, shipping costs, delivery estimates, and returns of damaged goods, is subject to change at any time without prior notice to the customer. By placing an order with DPS, the customer expressly agrees to be bound by these terms, as may be amended from time to time. The customer's continued use of DPS's services following any policy revisions shall constitute their acceptance of such changes.
