This book, Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources: A Real-World Challenges and Opportunities, was born out of the need to capture, consolidate, and critically examine this moment of transformation. It is not a celebration of technology for its own sake, nor a dystopian lament about job automation. Rather, it is a scholarly yet practical inquiry into how AI is reshaping the field of HR —structurally, functionally, ethically, and globally.
