Dr Ajay Dwivedi
 
Professor Ajay Dwivedi is a distinguished Finance scholar and Dean, Faculty of Management Studies at Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University (VBS PU), Jaunpur. Renowned for his academic leadership, he has significantly advanced management education, research, and student development.
 
Previously, he also served as Dean of Students’ Welfare, spearheading initiatives to foster inclusive learning and academic excellence. His expertise spans Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Derivatives, Business Valuation, Financial Modeling, Microfinance, and Entrepreneurship.
 
Professor Dwivedi has international academic experience, including his tenure as associate professor at Mekelle University, Ethiopia, and collaborations with global organizations such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), enriching his global perspective on finance and sustainable development.
 
A prolific author and editor, he has authored the Business Lexicon and several scholarly works, bridging theory and practice, and holds multiple management patents. Actively promoting Atmanirbhar Bharat and indigenous innovation, he integrates Indian ethos with modern management, inspiring students, scholars, and professionals alike.
 
 
Dr. Vikhyat Singhal
 
Dr. Vikhyat Singhal is a distinguished academician with 21 years of experience in management education. Holding a B.Tech, MBA, PGDHRM, NET (Management), and Ph.D., he specializes in Human Resources (HR) and Organizational Behavior (OB). As the Head of the MBA Department at IIMT Engineering College, Meerut, he is recognized for his expertise in the field, his ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, and his passion for teaching. He has published numerous research papers in esteemed academic journals and has presented his findings at both national and international conferences. He remains committed to guiding his students toward success in their academic and professional journeys.
Dr. Sahadev Singh Tomar
 
Dr. Sahadev Singh Tomar has a total experience of more than 14 years in academics. He has completed a Ph.D. in Commerce from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, MBA, M.Com. UGC – NET in Management. He is presently working as an assistant professor in the MBA Department at IIMT Engineering College, Meerut. He is a certified faculty of Human Values and Professional Ethics by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. He has published 3 books—Fundamentals of Financial Management, Fundamentals of Marketing & Neuromarketing in Business.
Dr. Tomar published many research papers and articles in International Journals and magazines. He is also a reviewer for 2 international peer-reviewed journals. Published 1 patent and 1 copyright.
