Dr. Radhey Shyam Mishra is an accomplished civil servant, visionary thinker, and nation-builder who has dedicated his life to the service of society. With nearly three decades of distinguished service as a Senior Bureaucrat in the Uttar Pradesh cadre, he has held key administrative positions that shaped governance and public life. His roles have included Special Secretary (Revenue), Vice Chairman of the Agra Development Authority, and Chief Development Officer (CDO), among many others. Known for his transparency, efficiency, and commitment to inclusive growth, Dr. Mishra was honored with the Shrestha UP Ratna Award in recognition of his excellence in public service.
After retiring from active government service, Dr. Mishra continued to contribute to nation-building in multifaceted ways. As the Managing Director of Lex Aetos Consultants, he offers strategic legal, policy, and advisory services to leading corporates across the country. His deep expertise in governance, sustainable development, and business policy has made him a trusted advisor to organizations that seek to balance growth with ethics and responsibility.
Equally committed to social upliftment, Dr. Mishra serves as the Chief Trustee of the Bharat Virasat Foundation, a philanthropic initiative dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities while preserving and celebrating India’s rich cultural heritage. His vision of blending tradition with modernity has made the Foundation a force for meaningful social change.
His leadership extends beyond national borders as well. Dr. Mishra is the Chairperson (President) of the UP Chapter and a Board Member of African Councils, as well as the National Coordinator of the G2G Cell for BRIDGE Business Chambers Industry Federation (BBCIF). In addition, he serves as the India Head (Business Development and Legal) at the Eurasia Afro Chamber of Commerce, where he plays a pivotal role in strengthening India’s global business and cultural ties. He also serves as advisor and consultant to a number of Companies and businesses.
