This book is structured to help students build language proficiency from the ground up while aligning closely with the pattern, syllabus, and expectations of the CDS examination. MEET THE AUTHOR
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Pandey is a distinguished academician, author, researcher, and mentor whose contribution to the field of English Studies and competitive exam preparation is widely recognized. With a rich teaching career spanning more than a decade, he has established himself as a committed educator known for his clarity of instruction, depth of knowledge, and student-centric approach.
Dr. Pandey currently serves as the Assistant Professor of English and Head of the Department of Applied Science at Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology (BTKIT), Dwarahat, Almora, Uttarakhand, where he has been an integral part of the academic community since 2011. As the Head of Department, he has been instrumental in strengthening academic practices, updating curriculum frameworks, and fostering an environment of excellence in teaching and research.
He completed his Master of Arts (MA) from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Department of English, Banaras Hindu University (BHU)—one of India’s most revered institutions. His academic journey reflects his dedication to scholarship and his passion for literature, linguistics, and pedagogy.
