The idea of Integral Humanism (Ekatma Manav Darshan), as articulated by Deendayal Upadhyaya, represents one of the most profound civilizational responses of Bharat to the challenges of modernity. Rooted in the integral vision of life that recognises the harmony of the individual, society, nature, and the transcendental, it offers a framework that transcends the fragmentary and reductionist approaches that have come to dominate contemporary discourse. In the present era, particularly in the period of Amrit Kaal, when Bharat is rearticulating its civilizational selfhood and global role, the need to revisit, deliberate upon, and apply this philosophy across domains has become both relevant and necessary.

The International Conference on ―Advancing Integral Humanism in the 21st Century‖, organised by the Centre for Human Sciences, Rishihood University, in collaboration with Prajna Pravah, was an important step in this direction. It brought together scholars, practitioners, and young researchers to engage in serious dialogue on the philosophical foundations and contemporary applications of Integral Humanism. The present volume, emerging from that conference, carries forward that dialogue in a structured and scholarly form.
