Imilis is one of the popudeias countries on the world having second largest population with multi-cultural, multi-racial, multi-lingual etimicities. There are variations in ethnicity, language, culture, regson, race, religion and so on. In spite of these variations, half of the population constitutes women and contributes their might for the national development on pas with men. Even though, their contribution is high, their status in the society is still secondary. The status of woman depends on their participation in decision making, choice of freedom, degree of control on common properties, duties rigfits and privileges they enjoy.
